Respond to urgent and emergency situations in substations. **ENGIE Brasil Energia is looking for a new** **talent to join the team!** **Transmission Maintenance Operator I – Substation** We are looking for a **Transmission Maintenance Operator I**, who—under the command of the remote operations team—will perform operational maneuvers, isolations of transmission systems and equipment, maintenance activities and/or support maintenance teams, assist in remote control operations, monitor screens for potential operational anomalies, and submit appropriate reports. **If you are organized, committed, and seek a dynamic environment to grow, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Record abnormalities identified in equipment, recommend corrective and preventive actions, record intervention controls and respective results in the Company’s operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate a database for reporting, KPIs, and decision-making; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special tests on critical-level equipment per the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system; * Perform operational activities in outdoor areas and in the control room, maintaining constant contact with the remote control area. Operate electrical and electromechanical systems in transmission assets’ substations when required; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, according to specific training for each equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration, as well as perform maneuvers in the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance execution; * Implement necessary and requested operational-level actions to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Work within well-defined internal procedures, recording difficulties and non-compliances, and potentially participate in creating new procedures or revisions alongside leadership and/or the Operations technical team; * Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT. * Substation equipment and systems – Basic. * Health and safety regulations and applicable standards – Basic. * Integrated management system – Basic. * Maintenance and technical documentation management tools and software – Basic. * Reading and interpretation of equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts – Basic. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – Intermediate. * Computer literacy: word processor, spreadsheet, presentation software, internet, email – Basic. * Various administrative processes and routines within the field of activity – Basic. **Desirable Attributes:** * English – Basic. **Interested in the challenge?
