A dynamic environment for professional development. **ENGIE Brasil Energia is looking for a new** **talent to join our team!** **Transmission Maintenance Operator I – Substation** We are looking for a **Transmission Maintenance Operator I**, who—under the direction of the remote operations team—will perform operational switching, system and equipment isolation at transmission facilities, maintenance activities and/or support maintenance teams, assist in monitoring operations via telecontrol, observe potential operational anomalies on screen, and submit appropriate reports. **If you are organized, committed, and seek a dynamic environment for professional growth, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Record abnormalities identified in equipment, recommend corrective and preventive actions, register intervention controls and respective outcomes in the Company’s operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate databases for reporting, KPIs, and results used for monitoring and decision-making; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and specialized testing on critical-level equipment, in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system; * Perform operational activities in outdoor areas and in the control room, maintaining constant contact with the telecontrol area; operate electrical and electromechanical installations at transmission substations when required; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each piece of equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration, including switching operations performed at the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance; * Implement operational-level actions required to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Follow clearly defined internal procedures, documenting difficulties and non-compliance, and potentially participate in developing new procedures or reviewing existing ones with leadership and/or the Operations technical team; * Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT. * Substation equipment and systems – Basic. * Health and safety standards and applicable regulations – Basic. * Integrated management system – Basic. * Maintenance and technical documentation management tools and software – Basic. * Reading and interpreting equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts – Basic. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – Intermediate. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email – Basic. * Various administrative processes and routines within the area of operation – Basic. **Desirable Attributes:** * English – Basic. **Interested in this challenge?
