PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Information Technology Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience delivering training or courses in Information Technology, Programming, and/or Network Maintenance. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only acceptable if the CTPS job title matches that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), explicitly specifying duties performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
