Supervision of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes. 2\. Management of customer and supplier relationships, ensuring their satisfaction. 3\. Planning and execution of logistics and distribution strategies aligned with company goals. 4\. Leadership and team development, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 5\.
