Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Billing Analyst for an agribusiness company, responsible for issuing tax invoices, inventory control, and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform revenue reconciliations and document control We are looking for a **Junior Billing Analyst** to join a large agribusiness company located in **Passo Fundo/RS**. Key Responsibilities: \- Issue and verify Purchase and Sales Tax Invoices, Dispatch, Return, Export (CFOP), Fixed Assets, and Use/Consumption invoices; \- Support control of DU-E, RE, and Siscomex Exportation; \- Monitor Inventory Balances; \- Understand, validate, and execute/verify Tax Instructions; \- Perform Revenue x Commercial Contracts x Logistics reconciliations; \- Understand and execute re-billing and returns; \- Maintain constant communication with Commercial, Tax, and Logistics departments to resolve discrepancies; \- Control numbering, cancellations, and pending issues related to grain tax invoices (NFe); \- Support internal audits and tax reviews; \- Control and payment of Transport Documents. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or technical course in Accounting or Administration (enrolled or completed); \- Basic knowledge of export tax and fiscal legislation, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel skills. \- Experience with Datasul ERP system and prior experience in agribusiness companies.
