An Animal Nutrition company is seeking a Distribution Manager in Santa Rosa. **Responsibilities:** Manage load scheduling to ensure optimal utilization of vehicles, routes, and delivery deadlines. Work within the factory, monitoring dispatch flow and proposing improvements to logistics processes. Identify opportunities for optimizing logistics costs (freight, loading time, idle time, etc.). Ensure compliance with agreed delivery deadlines and service levels for customers. Coordinate operational and administrative teams related to distribution and dispatch. Develop and monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs). Serve as the interface between departments such as production, sales, transportation, and billing. Implement continuous improvement projects (lean, bottleneck reduction, productivity enhancement). Evaluate and propose improvements regarding the use of owned and/or third-party fleets. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Transportation Supervisor, Operations Manager, or Warehouse Manager may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
