We expect strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, autonomy in handling medium-complexity scenarios, and the ability to seamlessly transition between traditional operations and modern DevOps, Cloud, and automation practices. We are looking for a collaborative individual with strong communication skills, an owner’s mindset, and commitment to stability, security, and evolution of the environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide user and system support for medium-complexity incidents, ensuring service stability and continuity; * Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud environments; * Manage Linux and Windows Server systems; * Work in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, and/or AWS); * Ensure operation of critical applications, networks, and services by analyzing and resolving incidents; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure data integrity, availability, and security; * Support information security initiatives by preventing unauthorized access and vulnerabilities (hardening, access control, best practices); * Act as an interface with development, operations, and business teams, participating in technical meetings and incident management; * Document processes, operational procedures, and architectures; * Support environment evolution with focus on automation, standardization, and continuous improvement; * Ensure SLA compliance and service quality; * Support CI/CD pipelines and routines, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code. **Requirements:** * Experience administering Linux and Windows Server systems; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewall); * Experience troubleshooting production environments; * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus); * Knowledge of identity and access management (AD, Azure AD, Keycloak); * Experience with containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with ITSM processes (incidents, problems, changes); * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills; * Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI or Azure DevOps); * Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, OpenTofu); **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience automating tasks using Shell Script, PowerShell, or Python; * Knowledge of GitOps; * Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, or CKS); * Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP). **Location:** São Leopoldo/RS — hybrid model **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals can interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
