If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Develop and manage programs for identification, assessment, and control of hazards and risks. * Develop accident and occupational risk prevention plans, disseminating BRF policies and guidelines while promoting a safety culture. * Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, technical reports, and legally mandated programs; control and ensure the integrity of departmental documentation. * Support and accompany expert assessments and inspections, providing necessary technical assistance and substantiation. * Lead investigation and analysis processes for deviations, incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases, ensuring legal and methodological robustness and integrity at all stages. * Manage occupational safety indicators and perform continuous critical analysis, guiding leadership toward actions and decisions. * Lead and conduct improvement analyses and Maintenance and Engineering projects aimed at controlling, reducing, or eliminating risks. * Act in fire and panic prevention and safety; manage and control emergency protection routines and systems. * Conduct training sessions, lead meetings, committees, and working groups, serving as the technical reference for the area. * Serve as the technical responsible party and reference for legal topics and programs within the assigned unit(s). **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture; postgraduate degree completed in Occupational Safety Engineering.
