CLASSIFICATION OPERATOR

Description

Perform treatment, loading and unloading, analysis, and quality control procedures for products. Carry out other activities related to maintaining the production process and perform medium-complexity tasks associated with classification, unloading, and loading to continuously improve productivity and efficiency of the department. **Responsibilities and duties** The professional is responsible for receiving, classifying, and controlling the quality of agricultural products, biomass, and DDGS, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with technical standards and internal procedures. Conducts sample analysis, monitors storage conditions, performs tests and inspections to identify potential risks—such as hot spots in stored materials—ensuring product preservation and quality. Also oversees truck flow at the facility, guiding drivers through the unloading process, controlling vehicle entries and exits, recording incidents, and contributing to operational efficiency. Additionally, completes control logs and reports, assists in cleaning and organizing the department, supports minor maintenance tasks, and substitutes for other operators when necessary. The position requires commitment to occupational safety, compliance with environmental regulations, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as alignment with the company’s policies, values, and goals.
