Let’s go together \#ToInfinity? **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Role – Audiovisual Assistant** We seek a professional to support audiovisual content capture, editing, and organization for the brand. This person will work alongside the Communications and Marketing team, contributing to the production of institutional and commercial videos, social media content, and event coverage. This position is ideal for someone who already possesses foundational technical skills and wishes to further develop their audiovisual production capabilities within a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Assist in capturing institutional videos, commercials, events, and social media content; * Support operation of filming, audio, and lighting equipment during recordings; * Perform basic to intermediate video editing for various formats (feed, reels, ads, and institutional materials); * Insert soundtracks, subtitles, text overlays, and perform simple color adjustments in edits; * Organize and catalog video files, audio assets, and image libraries; * Assist in preparing equipment and sets for recordings; * Support audiovisual coverage of internal and external events; * Follow scripts and creative guidelines defined by the Communications team; * Support adaptation of content for different digital platforms. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere or similar); * Basic knowledge of audio capture and lighting; * Understanding of framing and audiovisual language; * Prior experience in video production or editing (professional or academic); * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple files and concurrent requests. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity in supporting the production team; * Agility in executing tasks; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively; * Responsibility regarding deadlines and delivery quality; * Willingness to learn and continuously improve technically. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of After Effects or simple motion graphics; * Experience producing content for social media; * Experience covering events; * Basic knowledge of photography or camera operation. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** 44 hours/week \- Monday to Friday **Location:** Estoril/BH **What \#Primer Offers:** * Caju Card A flexible card you can use wherever you prefer—whether lunching with colleagues or grocery shopping.
