* Monitor the implementation of socio-environmental actions and projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while anticipating and mitigating risks; * Assist in developing work plans and defining necessary resources; * Participate in budget reviews and expense control for socio-environmental projects and actions; * Analyze executive project documents, identify potential inconsistencies, and propose technical solutions; * Ensure compliance with sustainability and occupational safety requirements in projects; * Develop and monitor performance indicators for actions, evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of deliverables; * Conduct quality inspections, critical analyses of reports, and action plans to ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and legal requirements related to obligations; * Identify and mitigate social and environmental risks associated with project implementation, as well as those linked to remediation and sustainability initiatives executed by Samarco; * Coordinate technical interfaces to address interferences caused by remediation actions on Vale’s areas and/or activities; * Represent Vale before public authorities—including judicial hearings—providing technical support to Vale’s legal department regarding actions and projects; * Prepare physical and financial performance reports, as well as technical and managerial reports on actions and projects; * Monitor, report on, and support Samarco’s exclusive responsibility to fulfill obligations stipulated in the renegotiated agreement, established by Vale with public agencies; * Participate in governance bodies of invested companies when designated by Vale; * Develop and monitor environmental performance indicators; * Engage regulatory and sectoral agencies to promote sustainability practices aligned with national legislation and inspired by national technical standards and parameters;
