Support for coordination and interface with multidisciplinary teams We are looking for an **Operational Engineer** to work on a contract for **Infrastructure Project Quality Control**, ensuring technical compliance, excellence standards, and operational support to involved teams. **Responsibilities:** Conduct technical and operational analyses of infrastructure projects. Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor and validate project deliverables, proposing improvements. Prepare technical and performance reports. Support coordination in contract management and interface with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in meetings, alignment sessions, and internal and external audits. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Experience in infrastructure projects (highways, sanitation, civil works, or similar). Knowledge of project analysis, technical standards, and quality processes. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and critical thinking. Availability to work **100% on-site in Belo Horizonte**. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in quality control contracts. Experience conducting technical audits.
