The CDL BH Foundation is the social arm of CDL BH and implements social programs and projects that transform the lives of thousands of children and adolescents in vulnerable situations. **Social Educator** **Responsibilities**: * Planning and development of theoretical learning content and tasks for the specific area; * Preparation of lesson plans; * Delivering theoretical courses to apprentices aged 15 to 22; * Addressing topics related to the labor market and youth integration into the apprenticeship program; * Ensuring administrative and pedagogical support processes for classroom activities; * Monitoring cultural activities and other projects of the CDL-BH Foundation **Requirements:** * Prior experience teaching adolescents; * Completed or nearly completed undergraduate degree in Education or Administration. **Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) — 40 hours/week — Monday to Friday during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).** **Benefits:** Flexible benefits card worth BRL 814.00 per month; Monthly transportation allowance of BRL 80.00; On-site snacks; Transportation voucher (VT); Casual Day; Birthday Day-Off; Unimed health insurance plan; Life insurance; SESC partnership.
