Customer support and guidance on HR department routines An accounting office in Nova Lima is seeking an HR Department Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Process payroll, including social charges such as INSS, FGTS, eSocial, and DCTFWeb. Conduct employee onboarding, termination, and vacation management for client companies. Provide customer support to the client portfolio, clarifying doubts and guiding them on HR department routines. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation in HR department routines. Support labor and social security inspections and audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, documents, and registrations.
