Responsible for conducting accounting and financial analyses, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and reports, and guaranteeing compliance with tax regulations.

Responsible for conducting accounting and financial analyses, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and reports, and guaranteeing compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Proactively identifies and resolves accounting issues, contributing to the company's strategic decision-making in accordance with guidelines established by immediate leadership.
* Monitor and control fulfillment of accounting obligations within deadlines stipulated by current legislation at municipal, state, and federal levels, and in accordance with scheduling and directives from immediate leadership.
* Perform calculations, determine taxes, and issue legal documents in compliance with current legislation.
* Support inspections/audits conducted by competent authorities, clarifying questions and submitting requested documentation.
* Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, trial balances, and other required documents in accordance with legal requirements.
* Develop and lead implementation of specific accounting management actions, projects/programs within the area of responsibility.
* Analyze processes inherent to the area of responsibility, proposing and suggesting improvements.
* Conduct data and information controls to support monitoring of area indicators, proposing corrective actions for deviations.
* Research and study new technologies and methodologies available in the market, as well as stay updated on current legislation.
* Verify, record, and update data in systems and spreadsheets related to the area of responsibility.
* Keep leadership informed about work progress, irregularities, failures, and other incidents.
* Prepare and present managerial reports, providing leadership with information to support decision-making.
* Perform preparation, validation, and review of technical documentation related to processes under responsibility.
* Provide information and clarify doubts from other areas regarding processes under responsibility.
* Participate in meetings as needed, promoting information exchange, integration among all involved parties, and follow-up on decisions.
* Contribute to development of Accounting Department standards, ensuring alignment with Company policies, culture, mission, and vision.
