Job Summary: We are seeking a Janitor to join our team, ensuring environmental quality and preservation through repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of common areas. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and upkeep of common areas Our property management and maintenance company is looking for a Janitor to join our team; playing a fundamental role in ensuring the quality and preservation of our environment through minor repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and masonry installations (e.g., light bulb replacement, unclogging drains, door and lock repairs, etc.). Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas of the building or establishment. Monitor and maintain facilities and equipment in good condition. Control the use of cleaning materials and equipment. Maintain order and organization of environments. Requirements and Qualifications: ***** Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour break; Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 with a 1-hour break. Availability to work Monday through Friday. * Immediate availability to start.
