If you are passionate about being part of this purpose and wish to stay one step ahead of the market, join us! **What are the challenges of the area and role:** Support sustainability, quality, environmental, and social initiatives by identifying opportunities, reducing legal risk, and promoting continuous improvement—contributing to cost management and the company’s sustainable development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support integration processes for new brands, process changes, and system updates. * Monitor and support corporate document management, ensuring documents comply with the management system standards; * Assist in configuring SE Suite data parameters according to organizational needs; * Monitor critical performance analyses of the integrated management system; * Deliver onboarding training for new employees, introducing the integrated management system; * Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions and support responsible parties, ensuring actions are implemented to prevent recurrence; * Organize and conduct internal audits by convening internal auditors to ensure compliance with applicable standards; * Provide support in implementing quality tools when necessary and monitor actions arising from Senior Leadership’s Critical Reviews; * Support leadership in understanding and meeting regulatory and certification/accreditation requirements; * Monitor and analyze compliance with environmental legislation applicable to environmental processes; * Collect, execute, analyze, and provide statistical data and indicators related to natural resources, waste, effluents, and other environmental and quality topics; * Execute and monitor environmental licensing processes and applicable environmental projects across the entire Group; * Promote quality and environmental culture among teams and assist company departments in effectively utilizing quality tools, including management software; * Assign tasks to Assistants, Apprentices, and Interns; * Address requests directed to Quality and Environment through the Group’s systems. **We seek candidates who demonstrate:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biology, Nursing, Engineering, Administration, or Quality Management; * Proven experience with quality management systems in accredited laboratories, clinics, or hospitals. * Postgraduate studies in Quality and/or Internal/External Auditor certifications are desirable; * Experience with certifications/accreditations and internal/external audits is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Basic knowledge of environmental legislation; * Basic knowledge of quality tools and systems; * Basic knowledge of sustainability monitoring models; * Basic knowledge of statistics.
