Ensuring compliance with deadlines and operational safety \*ELECTRICAL INSPECTION TECHNICIAN – FIELD LEADERSHIP \| 3E SOLUÇÕES – MG\* \*Salary: R$ 3\.143,44\* Location: Minas Gerais (with internal travel) Class B driver's license mandatory (will operate company vehicle) Your day-to-day responsibilities: You will be directly responsible for the field team, ensuring all tasks are completed according to plan, safely and with quality. In practice, your work involves: Closely supervising the team during electrical replacements, installations, and adaptations Verifying that activities have been correctly performed and accurately documenting everything Ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines and planning Maintaining team operational safety and discipline Completing progress reports and recording evidence Serving as the on-site technical reference, resolving doubts and preventing rework.
