IT Intern - Support

Job Summary: This role supports IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, Microsoft 365, data backup, information security, and end-user support. Key Highlights: 1. IT technical support and incident management using GLPI. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of **network services** and **physical servers;** * Assist in administering **virtual servers (VMware)** running **Windows and Linux;** * Support management of the **Microsoft 365 (Windows 365\)** environment, including its applications and services; * Assist in **data backup and recovery** administration using **Veeam Backup Replication;** * Support activities related to **Information Security**, including: * Administration of **firewalls, VPNs, and EDR;** * Compliance with the **Information Security Policy;** * Provide **incident support** onsite and remotely, managing incidents via **GLPI**, adhering to defined **SLAs;** * Assist in **preventive and corrective maintenance** of computers, laptops, and peripherals; * Support the **installation and configuration** of software, switches, routers, and printers; * Maintain up-to-date information relevant to IT operations and **vendor compliance;** * Conduct, maintain, and control **hardware, software, and licensing inventories.** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Information Systems; Network Management; Computer Engineering; or related fields.
