Position: Financial Controller Analyst Description: We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing reports, assisting in budget preparation, and performing other finance-related activities. Responsibilities: * Controller: Structure and maintain cost centers and allocation rules; * Consolidate production, procurement, logistics, and commercial data; prepare monthly management reports (performance, variances, margins, and actual vs. forecast); * Analyze direct, indirect, fixed, and variable costs; identify consumption anomalies and waste; prepare financial feasibility studies for projects; support audits and annual planning. * Manage daily/monthly cash flow; * Control accounts payable and receivable with proper allocation; * Perform bank reconciliations; * Schedule payments and tax obligations; * Monitor delinquency; * Assist in contract management and credit operations; * Prepare short- and medium-term forecasts. Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in the finance area. * Knowledge of data analysis and report preparation. * Proficiency in financial analysis tools. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
