Job Summary: Coordinate relationships with health insurance providers, prospect new contracts, manage teams and processes, and participate in the development of new products and services. Active participation in business prospecting and development **Relationship Coordinator** **Main Responsibilities:** Prospect new contracts with health insurance providers Assist Management in managing relationships with existing health insurance provider clients, aiming to increase the number of patients served Present performance results to health insurance providers Represent the company at events Actively seek new partners (physicians and clinics) Acquire patients, including through in-person visits, both from health insurance providers and private patients Manage the department’s team and processes Assist Management in managing active contracts with health insurance providers (maintaining documentation, archiving, and making documents available) IW system configurations Assist Management in identifying business opportunities and participate in the development of new products Create and maintain an updated network of potential service providers Carry out activities inherent to the Quality Management System Serve as the liaison between customers and the operational team Serve as the liaison between health insurance providers and the billing department Assist the Analyst and also execute budget preparation Manage receipts from private patient payments Manage onboarding of new patients and maintenance of the PAD (Patient Admission Document) together with the care team Register patients in the electronic medical record system Participate in events and conferences to enhance company visibility. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Registration with Coren (Regional Nursing Council) Availability for a position of trust **Desired Experience/Knowledge** Experience in team supervision/coordination or customer relationship management Preferred Qualifications: Management experience in home healthcare services Knowledge of regulations related to home healthcare services **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (availability for position of trust required) Compensation: R$7\.204,40 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
