




Job Summary: Responsible for managing the implementation of the CMA and for the development and execution of the project. Key Highlights: 1. Management of the implementation of the Asset Monitoring Center (CMA) 2. Development and implementation of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) 3. Analysis of equipment and fleet failures, with technical guidance Responsible for managing the implementation of the CMA (Asset Monitoring Center) in the development and execution of the "Integrated Inspection" project. Responsible for developing and implementing RCM / FMECA / FTA (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) for mining assets. Responsible for conducting statistical reliability LDA studies to improve and extend the service life of equipment and components. Responsible for effectiveness initiatives using agile methodologies in SCRUM project management, as well as SMED. Development of equipment and mining fleet failure analyses, utilizing technical methods and tools. Outputs include technical guidance to equipment maintenance teams regarding corrective actions for failures and defects. Statistical reliability studies on failure probability to prevent failures in the upcoming month, performing asset management. Integrated analysis using tools such as loss profile, maintenance indicators, telemetry, component hourmeters, mine conditions, Sentinel, and predictive analytics to prevent losses.
