Focus on occupational safety and operational quality **OPEN POSITION: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR I – JOÃO MONLEVADE/MG** **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the shift's **operational team**, ensuring contractual scope compliance; * Assign tasks, equipment, and manpower to maintain operational rhythm and meet targets; * Monitor **operational indicators**, production, and team performance; * Ensure **fleet health**, occupational safety, and operational quality; * Manage people (attendance, vacations, performance, training) and customer relationships; * Support **SSMA** initiatives and conduct **DDS** sessions. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of **people management**, steelmaking processes, and basic Microsoft Office suite; * **Driver's license category B**. **Desirable:** * Technical course (Mechanics, Metallurgy, or Mining); * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 4\.138,99 * **Benefits** **Working Hours** * 8-hour shifts: * 06:45–15:15 \| 14:45–23:15 \| 22:45–07:15 Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: Starting at R$4\.138,99 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher
