Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the implementation of the Asset Monitoring Center and for developing inspection and reliability projects, using agile methodologies and statistical analyses.
Key Highlights:
1. Management of the implementation of the Asset Monitoring Center (CMA)
2. Development and implementation of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
3. Analysis of equipment and fleet failures, with technical guidance
Responsible for managing the implementation of the CMA (Asset Monitoring Center) and for developing and executing the "Integrated Inspection" project.
Responsible for developing and implementing RCM / FMECA / FTA (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) for mine assets.
Responsible for conducting statistical reliability LDA studies to improve and extend the service life of equipment and components.
Responsible for effectiveness initiatives using agile methodologies in SCRUM project management, as well as SMED.
Development of equipment and mine fleet failure analyses, using technical methods and tools. Outputs include technical guidance to equipment maintenance teams regarding corrective actions for failures and defects.
Statistical reliability studies on failure probability to prevent failures in the upcoming month, performing asset management.
Integrated analysis using tools such as loss profile, maintenance indicators, telemetry, component hourmeters, mine conditions, Sentinel, and predictive analytics to prevent losses.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$4.140,75 - R$6.000,00 per month
