Come be yourself and join a TIM team courageous enough to innovate, free to try, and eager to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilities We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI+ People, People aged 45+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for supporting and operating the company’s operating systems, as well as resolving medium- and high-complexity technical issues related to systems and project demands. **Main Activities:** * Operate and maintain CRM, Sales, and Customer Support systems, focusing on availability and performance according to SLA and SLO metrics; * Perform advanced troubleshooting involving integrations among CRM, Billing, Sales, Provisioning, Orchestrators, and Customer Support systems; • Propose appropriate technical solutions for identified bugs through interaction with departments/teams involved in the project/system;• Resolve incidents and conduct root cause analysis, supporting crisis management and war rooms; * Monitor services, logs, message queues, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure resources using specialized tools such as Grafana and Kibana; * Track and validate releases and changes (Change Management), ensuring system stability after modifications. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Experience with Siebel CRM, including Object Manager operations, log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting of critical components; * Experience with Siebel EAI, SOAP/REST integrations, and failure analysis across Customer Support, Sales, and Billing systems; * Solid SQL (Oracle) knowledge, including advanced queries, performance analysis, script creation for investigation, and execution plan interpretation; * Understanding of Telecom business processes, such as customer journey, activation, sales, post-sales, billing, and provisioning; • Experience integrating CRM with Telecom platforms (billing, orchestration, provisioning, catalog, and Customer Support systems);• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments for service and log analysis, basic commands, and application support; * Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integration tracking and technical diagnostics; * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Kibana or similar); * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
