If you have experience managing luxury properties, leadership skills, and are seeking a new growth opportunity, this position could be your chance! **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines for all building systems, including electrical, hydraulic, air\-conditioning, elevators, security, and others. * Manage contracts with third-party service providers, such as cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, and facilities services. * Develop, manage, and monitor operational and investment budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), ensuring full adherence to financial planning. * Control expenses, perform cost analyses, validate invoices, and support contract management. * Prepare and present managerial and financial reports during assemblies and meetings with boards, syndics, and other stakeholders. * Conduct assemblies and meetings, clearly, strategically, and objectively presenting operational and financial results. * Monitor audits, technical inspections, visits by regulatory agencies, and ensure compliance with the property’s legal obligations. * Foster close, transparent, and trustworthy relationships with clients and residents, ensuring excellence in customer service. * Manage contingency plans, building security, and risk mitigation, ensuring protection of the property. **Requirements:** * A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration is a plus. * Solid experience in management and financial control, including budgeting, cost analysis, invoice validation, and contract administration. * Experience presenting results and conducting assemblies. * Technical knowledge of safety standards, applicable legislation, and building systems. * Proficiency in maintenance management tools and operational performance indicators. * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and results orientation. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, ensuring efficiency and quality in delivered services.
