Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to support the operation of digital platforms, provide technical support, and ensure the maintenance of audiovisual resources in a school environment. Job Description We are looking for an organized, hands-on professional interested in working in the field of educational technology. The candidate will support the school's digital platforms, provide technical assistance to staff, and collaborate in the use and maintenance of technological and audiovisual resources within the school environment. We value strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and willingness to resolve everyday problems. Responsibilities * Ensure the functionality of the school's digital platforms and their integrations (Google Workspace, educational system, Layers). * Support access management, accounts (permissions and synchronization of users and classes). * Provide technical support to teachers and teams in using digital tools. * Ensure the functionality of the school's audiovisual resources (projectors, sound systems, TVs, and media). * Install, configure, and provide support for audiovisual equipment in classrooms and events. * Promptly resolve everyday technical issues within the school environment. Requirements: * Practical knowledge of Google tools and digital educational environments. * Experience with audiovisual equipment (projectors and sound systems). * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in educational institutions; * Familiarity with system integration and basic infrastructure.
