Job Summary: We are looking for a Salesperson with a commercial profile and a results-oriented mindset, responsible for prospecting and acquiring customers, presenting automotive products, and negotiating sales. We ARE looking for a Salesperson! **Position:** Salesperson **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Number of Openings:** 3 **Work Schedule:** 12x36 **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Proactively prospect new customers * In-store face-to-face customer service * Customer acquisition and referrals * Presentation of automotive products and sales negotiation * Customer follow-up until sale completion **We are looking for someone who:** * Has a commercial profile and is results-oriented * Is communicative, proactive, and competitive * Enjoys working with goals and commissions * Takes daily initiative to seek out customers * Does NOT have only a customer service profile **We Offer:** * Fixed salary: R$1.800,00 * Commission * Bonus for achieving targets * High earning potential * Sales infrastructure and support * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance of R$35 per workday. **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience in automotive sales, accessories, parts, or commercial customer service Compensation: R$1.800,00 \- R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
