Responsibilities * Serve customers attentively, courteously, politely, and promptly. * Select the cut requested by the customer, adhering to specifications regarding brand, quantity, and product quality. * Serve customers according to their requests, following market-standard cutting practices, striving for full customer satisfaction while complying with the company's work methods. * Keep the meat counter clean, sanitized, organized, well-arranged, and fully stocked. * Prepare recipes according to the manual. * Keep the refrigerated chamber clean, sanitized, and well-arranged, ensuring it is free of any expired merchandise. * Keep inventory organized, with older expiration dates placed first (FIFO principle). * Report any issues regarding sector products and/or dissatisfied customers immediately to the direct supervisor. * Check daily the expiration dates of all products in the section where work is performed; immediately remove products expiring within 30 days and inform the hierarchical superior about the product condition. * Request authorization from the hierarchical superior to discard expired and/or unsuitable products for consumption, removing them immediately from sales and storage areas in a proper and supervised manner. * Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), especially in the cold chamber for organization and arrangement; steel-mesh gloves are MANDATORY for meat cutting; performing this task without the required equipment is strictly prohibited. * Remain in health-hazardous environments only for the minimum necessary time, with continued presence conditioned upon using the PPE designated by the occupational medicine service; entering cold chambers without the required PPE is strictly prohibited. * Maintain personal appearance and wear clean, ironed uniforms. * Keep boots and aprons clean and sanitized. * Keep hair and nails trimmed. * Wearing a hairnet is mandatory in this department and is part of the uniform. * Wear protective masks. * Beards and mustaches are prohibited due to sanitary inspection requirements. * Wearing accessories (earrings, bracelets, watches, etc.) is prohibited for workplace safety reasons, as such items may cause accidents. * Disposable gloves are mandatory when handling products and serving customers. * Regarding personal appearance, please note: * Uniforms must be clean and ironed. * Boots must be clean. * Aprons must be clean. * Hair and nails must be trimmed. * Wearing a hairnet is mandatory to prevent hair strands from falling. * Wearing a protective mask is mandatory. * Beards and mustaches are prohibited — sanitary inspection requirements. * Wearing accessories (earrings, bracelets, watches, etc.) is prohibited for workplace safety reasons — such items may cause accidents. * Disposable gloves are mandatory for product handling and customer service.
