Our commitment is unwavering: we are empathetic, collaborative, share information openly, and do not shy away from difficult conversations—so Scala achieves its goals. **We thirst for the future!** **If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and sustainability-driven environment, join Scala and be part of the future of digital infrastructure!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assess maintenance activities for scheduling; * Train maintenance teams on operational and maintenance procedures; * Monitor third-party maintenance service providers; * Track maintenance KPIs and SLAs through weekly meetings with the resident maintenance team; * Request maintenance quotations; * Coordinate work related to electrical, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, and HVAC maintenance; * Plan execution of operational services—assessing risks and preparing procedures and changes—for presentation to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for approval by all company departments; * Evaluate service quality delivered both by resident technicians and external vendors; * Develop technical processes, procedures, and improvement initiatives; * Control and update documentation related to the maintenance area (procedures, layouts, spreadsheets, etc.); * Draft proposals for new customer installations or expansions of existing ones; * Implement best practices for data center infrastructure, operations, and maintenance; * Collaborate with other internal departments and/or external clients to identify needs and opportunities for improvement; * Enforce data center security policies and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering; * Advanced English and Spanish; * Experience in team management and leadership; * Experience in data centers; * Prior experience in similar roles. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree; * Electrical control systems; * Industrial automation; * Chiller operation; * Generator sets; * UPS systems; * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); * ServiceNow software; * Microsoft Office suite; * AutoCAD software. **Additional Information** *This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)* **Our Benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit Sharing); Dental Plan; Health Insurance; Meal and Food Allowance via Flash card totaling R$1.250,00 per month; Private Pension (for eligible positions); Life Insurance; Pet Health Plan; Pharmaceutical discounts; Disability Support Allowance (PwD) — special financial support for all CLT employees with children who have disabilities, **with no age limit**.
