Junior Licensing Analyst

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and controlling licensing processes, monitoring project approvals, and liaising with public authorities. Key Highlights: 1. Control and management of environmental/construction licenses and procedures. 2. Coordination with municipal, state, and federal regulatory agencies. 3. Review of the quality of projects developed by third parties. * Monitoring license (construction/environmental) renewals; * Monitoring removal of construction/environmental license restrictions; * Tracking deadlines for fulfilling requirements; * Monitoring payments related to the licensing department; * Managing various internal control spreadsheets; * Initiating procedures for issuing DPE/DPE; * Initiating procedures for DPEP, Declaration of Exemption from Delay, Grade Quota, among others; * Initiating and monitoring licensing procedures for the Legal Project and complementary disciplines; * Liaising with municipal, state, and federal regulatory agencies to monitor project approvals (SUBCLU, SUBCLA, CET RIO, SMH, Rio Águas, etc.), including fulfillment of requirements for project approval by relevant authorities. * Contracting and reviewing projects developed by third parties, ensuring quality and adherence to validated schedule dates.
