If you are committed, agile, and eager to learn, this could be your chance to begin your professional journey. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Load and unload goods; **(physically demanding task)** * Pick, verify, label, and pack products; * Support shipping and inventory processes; * Organize and handle materials; * Assist with daily operational tasks as directed by leadership. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Good physical stamina and willingness to learn; * Availability to work on a 3-days-on/2-days-off schedule (day or night shift); * Residence with easy access to **Belford Roxo or São João de Meriti**; * No prior experience required. ### **Work Schedule:** * Three consecutive working days followed by two days off; * 12-hour shifts: * Day shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Night shift: 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM * Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays as regular working days; * National holidays worked are compensated with a 100% premium. ### **Compensation and Benefits:** * Monthly salary of R$ 1\.621 * Incentive of R$ 139.00 (per internal policy and established criteria); * On-site meals (no deduction); * Chartered transportation (no deduction). ### **Why Apply:** * Real possibility of permanent hiring; * Solid and recognized company in the logistics sector; * Dynamic work environment with mentorship and growth opportunities.
