Job Summary: The Junior Auditor supports managers and directors by executing internal administrative processes and assisting in the organization and control of the Purchasing Department. Our Purchasing team relies significantly on the Junior Auditor, as this role plays a fundamental part in the department—being responsible for executing internal administrative processes and providing support to store managers and directors. Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** Your main activities include: * Filling out spreadsheets; * Preparing item count reports; * Supporting store inventory activities; * Performing and developing internal controls; * Developing strategies to reduce waste and errors; * Facilitating tasks; * Supporting management and reporting executed activities to management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in relevant activities.
