Description
**️ What your day-to-day will look like:**
* Execute and monitor all procurement-related activities—from demand receipt through contract formalization and final delivery—as well as quality assessment of products and supplier operations;
* Lead procurement processes for services, materials, construction works, events, specialized suppliers, and service providers linked to cultural and institutional activities;
* Conduct technical and commercial analyses, including alignment of technical and financial proposals;
* Draft bidding documents, terms of reference, technical scopes, and other procurement-related documentation;
* Ensure compliance of procurement processes with institutional policies, compliance practices, transparency principles, and regulations applicable to social organizations and incentive-based projects;
* Perform due diligence with suppliers and internal departments to clarify technical matters and resolve documentation issues;
* Monitor active contracts within the area, collaborating with the Legal Department to arrange renewals, amendments, and other contractual adjustments as needed;
* Develop, qualify, and monitor suppliers—promoting diversity, competitiveness, and adherence to institutional norms and procedures;
* Contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of departmental processes, workflows, and operational standards;
* Maintain control and organization of procurement process documentation, contracts, and supporting documents for audits and accountability reporting;
* Collaborate closely with technical and administrative departments and cultural project teams to ensure alignment of requirements and timely delivery.
**Requirements for this position:**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields;
* Postgraduate specialization in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Management, Negotiation, and/or Contract Management is desirable;
* Proven experience in procurement and supply chain processes, contract management, and supplier management;
* Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (for spreadsheet and report development);
**It would be a plus if you have:**
* Experience working with third-sector organizations, cultural institutes, or public facility management entities will be considered an advantage.
