We are seeking an **Executive Producer**, responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring excellence in execution, cross-departmental alignment, delivery control, supplier management, and budget oversight. This person will be a key player in making projects happen smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality—partnering closely with Account Management, Creative, Supply, and other areas involved in building V3A’s brand experiences. * **What you’ll build with us** * Collaborate with Account Management to understand the client’s brief; * Prepare preliminary production cost spreadsheets; * Quote and negotiate with suppliers to select the best services/materials for each type of project; * Conduct VTS (Vendor Technical Sessions); * Oversee all job stages—from pre-production through final delivery; * Partner with the Supply team on supplier contracting; * Monitor job setup and teardown; * Address and resolve operational issues across projects; * Perform other related tasks assigned by your immediate leadership. **Who we’re looking for** ------------------------- * Prior experience in corporate event production, activations, or live marketing; * Experience managing budgets, negotiating, and overseeing suppliers; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and strong prioritization skills; * Hands-on profile with agility to operate in dynamic environments and under high operational demand; * Proficiency in spreadsheets and production financial control; * Strong communication skills and ability to align with internal teams and clients; * Critical thinking for resolving operational issues and making quick decisions; * Willingness to work on-site at events and undertake occasional travel; **Bonus:** * Experience in live marketing agencies, or in sports, cultural, or corporate events. **Why join us** ----------------------------- ✨ High-impact projects in the sports and cultural landscape ✨ Autonomy and ownership to build and transform processes ✨ A dynamic, collaborative, and high-performance-oriented environment ✨ Strategic interface with multiple departments and stakeholders ✨ A culture that values results, attitude, and excellence in execution **\#V3AisBrandExperience**
