Experience in Commercial or Services Bidding areas **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate bidding participation strategies; * Prepare cost spreadsheets and technical proposals; * Manage public agency registrations; * Arrange documentation; * Participate in bidding processes; * Analyze bidding notices; * Manage opportunity statuses, and other related activities; * Develop reports and dashboards for executive departments on commercial processes; * Coordinate due diligence processes and communication with public agencies. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in Commercial or Bidding areas, specifically in Services Bidding; * Excel proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of current legislation; * Familiarity with platforms such as Petronect, Comprasnet, Licitações\-e, Licitações Caixa, among others.
