Job Summary: A restaurant is seeking a Junior Marketing Analyst with both strategic and operational capabilities to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and create communication materials. Support for promotional activities and internal campaigns Restaurant located in Jacarepaguá – Taquara Hiring a Junior Marketing Analyst We are looking for a professional with strategic and operational capabilities, focused on results, increasing foot traffic, and brand strengthening. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns; Manage social media (content creation, editorial calendar, and audience engagement); Create and develop communication materials (graphics and copy); Monitor metrics and analyze campaign performance; Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements; Support the development of customer acquisition strategies; Develop graphic materials (CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar tools); Support promotional activities and internal campaigns; Direct involvement in local marketing, promotions, and in-store foot traffic growth; Collaborate with the operations team to align campaigns and initiatives; And other duties related to the role. Requirements: Proven experience in marketing is mandatory; Experience in restaurant, delivery, or local retail marketing is preferred; Practical experience managing social media, promotional campaigns, and driving foot traffic; Experience with CorelDRAW and creative tools; Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset; Proficiency in Excel and Word; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to plan, execute, and monitor results; Hands-on attitude with a results-oriented mindset. Work Schedule: Rotating 5-day workweek (5x2); No work on public holidays. Salary negotiable; meals provided on-site; transportation allowance.
