**Mission:** Safeguard company assets by vigilantly monitoring the safety of the environment (customers and employees), balancing loss prevention with courteous and informative customer service. Support other store employees in their duties as needed. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor security cameras to identify suspicious behavior or bottlenecks in customer service; * Observe the entry and exit of customers, service providers, and employees, intervening in suspicious situations; * Supervise product receiving, verifying that invoices match delivered items; * Serve as the first point of contact, supporting customer service by offering shopping baskets and guiding customers to pharmacy counters, cash registers, or other needs; * Assist in queue management and monitor the exit of high-value products after payment; * Report cleaning needs, shelf organization issues, or lighting failures that may compromise safety; * Document incidents (thefts, property damage, or accidents) for management; * Cooperate in achieving store goals by supporting and assisting other employees as required; * Assist in first aid procedures during incidents or in store evacuation during critical situations We offer: * Fixed salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; Schedule: * 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days on, 1 day off) Location: Anil \- Rio de Janeiro/RJ
