Description
KANTRO is seeking a professional with solid experience in processes and quality to work on structuring, standardizing, and continuously improving the company's routines. This position involves process mapping, documentation, performance indicators, training, non-conformance control, internal audits, and supporting the consolidation of a more mature quality culture, with strong interaction between administrative and operational areas.
We expect a candidate with systemic vision, analytical ability, organization, and maturity to operate in environments requiring structuring, process discipline, and constant cross-functional interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Map, analyze, review, redesign, and standardize administrative and operational processes
* Identify bottlenecks, rework, deviations, execution failures, and improvement opportunities
* Propose and implement improvements focused on efficiency, control, quality, and reduction of variability
* Develop, review, and maintain procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, operational standards, and other departmental documents
* Establish internal controls and monitoring mechanisms to ensure adherence to defined processes
* Build, monitor, and analyze performance and quality indicators to support decision-making
* Manage and address non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis, corrective action definition, and effectiveness follow-up
* Plan and deliver training on processes, procedures, standards, and best practices
* Conduct internal audits and compliance checks, promoting continuous improvement of routines
* Collaborate integrally with departments and leadership to ensure processes are understood, applied, and sustained in practice
**Requirements**
* Consistent experience in process analysis, design, standardization, and improvement
* Experience in quality management, routine control, documentation, indicators, and deviation tracking
* Practical knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies
* Experience in developing and reviewing procedures, work instructions, forms, and normative documents
* Ability to analyze data and indicators to support decision-making and performance improvement
* Experience in tracking and addressing non-conformances
* Experience in team training and implementation of operational standards
* Strong communication skills, organization, prioritization ability, and cross-functional interface capability
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Process Management, or related fields
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in service-oriented companies, operations with multiple routines, or environments requiring strong standardization
* Experience in process structuring within organizations undergoing organizational maturation
* Knowledge of quality management systems and best practices for internal auditing
* Experience building and monitoring dashboards, controls, and managerial reports
* Familiarity with document management, operational training, and sustaining quality routines
