About the Position We are seeking a Junior Accounting Assistant to classify accounting entries for accounts payable and receivable, import and analyze financial entries, manage payroll and fiscal bookkeeping, and record taxes in the accounting module. The professional will be responsible for calculating and closing the LALUR, generating IRPJ and CSLL tax guides (Real Profit regime), analyzing and closing financial statements, and submitting ancillary obligations such as ECD, ECF, and REINF. Key Responsibilities - Classify paid and received accounts according to accounting standards; - Import financial entries into the accounting module and ensure their correct recording; - Import and analyze payroll and fiscal books for verification and accurate accounting; - Record taxes in the accounting system; - Accurately calculate and close the LALUR; - Generate IRPJ and CSLL tax guides for the Real Profit regime; - Analyze and close monthly and annual financial statements; - Execute and submit ancillary obligations—ECD, ECF, and REINF—within legal deadlines; - Maintain clear communication with other departments to ensure effective accounting reconciliation. Join JC ASSESSORIA and contribute your expertise to the success of our clients! **Requirements and Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (active CRC registration is a plus); - Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting classification, financial entry importation, and payroll analysis; - Advanced knowledge of accounting modules and financial management systems; - Proficiency in LALUR calculation and closing, and in the Real Profit regime (IRPJ and CSLL); - Experience delivering ancillary obligations: ECD, ECF, and REINF; - Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation; - Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; - Strong communication skills for teamwork and cross-departmental interaction; - Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines; - Desired: experience with accounting ERP software and advanced Excel. **Additional Information** - Salary range: R$ 2\.500,00 - Meal allowance: R$ 24.80/day - Full transportation allowance (VT) - On-site work \- Nova Iguaçu
