




Job Summary: This role involves strategic planning, cost analysis, and coordination of vehicle maintenance to ensure high availability and reliability of the fleet, supported by strong leadership and data-driven decision-making. Leadership, data analysis, and continuous improvement **Location:** Barra da Tijuca **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategic fleet planning (sizing, renewal, outsourcing, and decommissioning). * Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) for the fleet, proposing cost reduction and optimization initiatives. * Define policies and procedures for vehicle usage, maintenance, and control. * Support executive management with managerial reports, performance analyses, and forecasts. * Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. * Ensure high vehicle availability and reliability. * Monitor key metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, cost per km, fuel consumption, and breakdown rate. * Manage contracts with workshops, suppliers, and leasing companies. * Ensure compliance with traffic, environmental, and labor legislation. * Manage vehicle documentation, licenses, insurance, and claims. * Implement safety programs, risk management, and accident prevention measures. * Utilize fleet management systems, telematics, and digital performance indicators. * Propose technological improvements for control, tracking, and data analysis. * Support innovation and sustainability initiatives (emission reduction, green fleet, etc.) **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation Management, or related fields. * Solid experience in fleet and vehicle maintenance management. * Knowledge of performance indicators, budgeting, and cost analysis. * Proficiency in fleet management systems and Excel/BI tools. * Familiarity with traffic legislation and applicable transportation regulations. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Strategic and systemic business vision * Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making * Leadership and team management * Clear and assertive communication * Organization, planning, and results orientation **Desired Outcomes:** * Consistent reduction of fleet costs. * Increased vehicle availability and reliability. * Improved performance and safety indicators. * Strategic support for leadership decision-making. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement
