All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and supervise assistants; * Maintain the facility area; * Oversee operational activities; * Operate vehicles within the internal garage area; * Ensure availability of forklifts for material handling activities; * Ensure quality, safety, and environmental management processes are established and maintained. * Contribute to the company’s socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in matters related to the environment and occupational safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Leadership and people management experience preferred; * Familiarity with cargo handling; * Flexible availability for work hours.
