Opportunity for continuous improvement and team management **Role:** Responsible for coordinating logistics activities related to vehicle loading, reviewing the company's routing plans, planning new routes, planning continuous improvements, controlling and monitoring vehicles along with their maintenance and documentation, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Manage vehicle control and monitoring, ensuring maintenance and documentation are up to date, thereby guaranteeing efficiency, productivity, and safety in logistics operations. **Technical Skills** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree is a plus. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. * Experience in transportation management, distribution, and logistics. * Advanced knowledge of route planning and logistics performance indicator analysis. * Proficiency in ERP systems and fleet monitoring tools. * Knowledge of transportation legislation, safety regulations, and best practices in warehousing. * Ability to manage teams and lead processes. **Behavioral Skills** * Leadership and decision-making ability. * Organization and strategic vision. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Critical analysis and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
