Job Summary: Responsible for relationship management, follow-up, and mediation between major partners to obtain referrals from landlords with properties available for rent, thereby promoting and motivating such referrals. Flexible work schedule with alternate Saturdays **Your Responsibilities:** * Responsible for relationship management, follow-up, and mediation with major partners (Brasil Brokers, Enjoy, Nova Época, and Patrimóvel) to obtain referrals from landlords with properties available for rent in the region where we operate; * Visit partners daily according to a pre\-defined schedule set by your manager, requesting landlord referrals, promoting and motivating such referrals; * Provide feedback regarding negotiations related to referrals; * Conduct monthly identification of campaign winners and process payouts; * Request bank account details from brokers whose referred properties have been successfully rented, for payout processing. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in customer service; * Aptitude for sales; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability for external work at partner locations in Rio de Janeiro and Greater Rio. **Desirable:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commercial Management. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and alternate Saturdays, 09:00–13:00\.
