




Job Summary: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage telesales teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure the effectiveness of commercial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve departmental objectives; 2\. Define individual and collective targets for the telesales team; 3\. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements; 4\. Support the development, training, and motivation of the sales team; 5\. Ensure compliance with call scripts, commercial policies, and service standards; 6\. Manage the sales funnel, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement; 7\. Implement initiatives to increase conversion and customer retention; 8\. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure process effectiveness; 9\. Prepare managerial reports and present results to senior management.
