Organizational culture enhancement and performance management A retail electronics and home appliances company seeks a Manager in Rio de Janeiro (Flamengo). **Responsibilities:** Plan and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including job and compensation policies, career development, competency-based evaluation, and talent management. Lead recruitment and selection processes for strategic and operational positions, implement training and development programs, and manage succession planning: Strengthen organizational culture, ensuring the company’s values and mission are reflected in People & Management policies and practices. Implement and manage competency-based performance evaluation systems, promoting continuous feedback and professional development. Conduct Organizational Climate Surveys, administer questionnaires, present results, and monitor action plans. Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimizing resistance. Develop internal marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing Department: Use data to analyze HR trends and metrics, supporting evidence-based decision-making. Previous experience as Director, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Team Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
