For this position, availability to work in Madureira and Duque de Caxias is required. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for leading the team, hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance; Ensuring team motivation among customer service staff; Achieving targets, handling customer service, organizing the store and display windows; Managing inventory; Performing cash closing; Handling returns and after-sales service; Supporting marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns; Store organization and smooth operation; Submitting reports when requested; Ensuring store organization and smooth operation; Prior experience in management and leadership is required.
