Monitor human resources indicators A supermarket in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a Human Resources Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes for network stores. Provide service to unit employees. Support store managers in conflict management and performance evaluation. Monitor unit HR indicators, such as turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate. Interface with the Payroll Department by submitting onboarding documents and managing timekeeping records. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
