Job Summary: The IT Support Assistant (Help Desk N1) will support employees with daily technical support requests, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Support for preventive equipment maintenance Location: Barra da Tijuca – RJ Work Mode: On-site We are seeking an IT Support Assistant (Help Desk N1\) to join our team and assist employees with day-to-day technical support needs. Key Responsibilities: * First-level technical support to users * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and software * Support for networks, printers, and peripherals * Incident logging and tracking * Support for preventive equipment maintenance Requirements: * Basic knowledge of technical support and IT infrastructure * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows) and Office suite * Strong communication and organizational skills * Technical or undergraduate program in IT currently in progress Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
