Job Summary: Internship in technical support, focusing on networks, infrastructure, Azure cloud, and service monitoring, as well as project oversight. Key Highlights: 1. Internship opportunity in technical support and infrastructure. 2. Work involving network and service monitoring (ZABBIX, GLPI). 3. Participation in projects and user support. \- User support; networking, infrastructure, Azure cloud, AD/DC, Windows 10, 11, and Server knowledge preferred, along with other tools. \- Monitoring center support: monitor real-time tickets via GLPI and oversee network services using ZABBIX. \- Project Oversight Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: R$1\.000,00 \- R$1\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
