An environment that values proactivity and organization **Opportunity Description** A professional responsible for in-person customer service and managing customer contact channels, working at the reception desk, providing initial support, and assisting commercial operations. Acts as the first point of contact for requests, performing registrations, guidance, collections, and referrals, ensuring organizational efficiency, courtesy, and service quality. **Main Responsibilities** · Provide in-person and remote customer service via communication channels, delivering initial guidance and directing requests to the respective departments. · Process payments related to service plans and register information according to internal procedures. · Support commercial activities by presenting internet plans and clarifying terms, benefits, and service differentiators. · Provide basic customer support, triaging incidents and offering initial guidance for connectivity issues. · Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar tools, keeping customer records and logs up to date. · Develop and update tracking controls and spreadsheets to ensure information organization and traceability. · Contribute to standardized service delivery through professional conduct, empathy, and solution orientation. **Mandatory Requirements** · Completed high school education. · Experience in customer service (technical and/or commercial); telecommunications experience will be considered based on the candidate's background. · Proficiency in computer applications and office tools (Word, Excel, and similar). · Familiarity with customer management systems (CRM or equivalents). · Ability to organize and manage information, including creating and updating spreadsheets and reports. · Skill in presenting and selling internet plans, with clear and concise communication. · Customer service profile: courtesy, empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. · Must reside in Parque Lafaiete, Duque de Caxias (RJ), or nearby areas. **Preferred Qualifications** · Prior experience with internet service providers. · Basic knowledge of networks, fiber optics, and simple connectivity tests. · Courses or training in customer service and/or sales **Expected Behavioral Profile** · Agility, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. · Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in customer interactions. · Ability to maintain quality and organization even under high workload. · Solution orientation and attention to detail. **Employment Type and Benefits** Employment Type: CLT.
